If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please contact Customer Service by phone at 262/560-4479, or send an e-mail to
sales@restaurantfurniture.com. Please advise us if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange for another item. You will be given an RMA number to allow us to identify your return upon its receipt. Please send your item clearly marked with the RMA number you were given, along with a copy of your email receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging (not the original shipping container) and in resalable condition.

Before your order is processed, you will see the shipping charges that will be added to your order. Restaurant Furniture ships by weight through United Parcel Service (UPS).

Orders Over 150lbs
Orders over 150 pounds can not be processed due to the 150 lb weight restriction imposed by UPS. For these orders, please split you order into two or more transactions. The weight of each item is listed in their descriptions. For orders with a weight of over 450 lbs, please call or email us at 262-560-4479
