Restaurant Furniture inspects all products thoroughly prior to packaging and shipping; therefore all sales are final. However, if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and wish to discuss the problem, please contact Customer Service by phone at 262/560-4479, or send an e-mail to

Please explain why you believe there is a manufacturing defect in the product you received. If Restaurant Furniture deems it necessary to return the product, return instructions will be provided at that time.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging (not the original shipping container) and in resalable condition.
Shipping
Before your order is processed, you will see the shipping charges that will be added to your order. Restaurant Furniture ships by weight through United Parcel Service (UPS).

Orders Over 150lbs
Orders over 150 pounds can not be processed due to the 150 lb weight restriction imposed by UPS. For these orders, please split you order into two or more transactions. The weight of each item is listed in their descriptions. For orders with a weight of over 450 lbs, please call or email us at 262-560-4479
